Life pulls us in. Somewhere along the line, in our early youth, the outward takes on precedence over the inward. In my case this was when I was 4 years old – at leasts the beginning of it. The ability to step back and think about oneself and life, abstract thinking, kicks in at about 4 years. From then on it marks a transitional process where the sense of self and who and what you are, related to the external world, starts taking on more importance. This is coupled with neural-synaptic neocortex development and especially of the pre-frontal cortex.

If this is a necessary development or if mankind made a wrong turn somewhere along the line we’ll leave that in the middle for the time being .

What we do want to find out is what it does to us? If and when we become embedded in physical reality we inevitably will take on the values that are present in society. In essence it seems like these values remain the same. I can see that our environment changes: technology might increase or decrease with all that it brings with it. But the values of society at large seems to be pretty solid, whatever time epoch you are born into. Success, power, position and the nucleus family are the things that are worshipped. The more engrossed you are in this world the more you would relate to the things that represent those values: money, property, position in company, institution or political group.

We seem to loose track of what drives us and even more so of what has put those driving forces in place. Life from then on becomes a juggling and managing of outward circumstances – forever at the mercy of the flux of change, which is life, and leading to more complexity and identification with the outward. This will eventually lead to mental and emotional tiredness, wearing out the body and its abilities. Death is inevitable.

The religious man and the politician are no different. Nor are the social worker and the political activist. We appear to be collectively wired to seek change in the world in whatever position we might have. The assumption is that by doing so we think we can change the world.

This world comes and goes – such is life. It is arrogance on the part of mankind thinking he can better it. Change of the outward is but a by-product of the implicate order, our consciousness, both individually and collectively.

All movement towards change, as an objective, perpetuates a state of conflict. However noble your cause might be. It is only when we are able to look without putting a judgement value onto our observation that we can begin to see the reality of this world for what it is.

Think on these things!

The Economic Model:

The current economic model sustains itself by a total collapse and rebuilding of society. This is not by coincidence or misfortune of circumstances. It is an orchestrated and well-planned series of events that has been repeated several times in history and takes into account natural cycles of consciousness related to planetary movements. For convenience of mind you might want to dismiss this as conspiracy. After all denial is prevalent if you are physically and emotionally invested in the reality you have been educated to belief.

Currently the elections are on and all are in hype-mode about who will be next US president. Even the ones you think are somewhat awake are swayed into the emotional mass hype. Though implicitly they know it is all cheat and deceit – it is still fervently backed up with ‘better choose the lesser evil’ arguments. I have never been a fan of compromise –though I must admit clarity is a lonely place to be at times.

A one fascist party that subdivides into leftist (democrats) and rightist (republicans) is still a one fascist party. Fascism means a government is ruled by corporate interests that rule the people. Reuters, the biggest media output, has been owned by the Rothschildt bankers since the late 1800′s and so is the bank of England. The WTO, WHO, Interpol, IMF and pharmaceutical industry are all an offspring of the Rockerfeller/Rothschildt banker family. Don’t trust me on my word –research it!

The economic model runs for profit. From that point of view it runs sound and smooth. Not for the masses of course but surely for the end-users – the ones on top of the pyramid. It is a well trialled and tested system dating further back then you’d sanely want to fathom. I would give it 130-156.000 years. And yes your current history books are all bogus –or I am mad of course… That means we have seen a collapse and rebuilding of society for about 5 times already – the 5th one being now! That means each 26.000 years, when all planets align and earth is at it’s furthers point away from the Pleidian constellation. Think of the fall of Atlantis and the rise and fall of Mesopotamia and Egypt. So where are we now and how is it played out this time?

Governments are private enterprises. This is particularly so for the commonwealth countries. You’ll find them registered as corporations at the house of commerce in the respective countries. This means they run for profit not for the people. Debt is the vehicle – war is the execution of debt –liquidation of the assets (YOU) is neutralizing the debt. ‘Ka-ching’. It all makes money! Debt makes money (not for you of course). War makes money. Neutralizing debt by liquidation of assets (YOU) clears the books and makes the economic model full circle. Create a problem provide the solution.

Of course it is all being done legally – don’t you worry about that. I mean… well… sort of.. right? I am not a law person but there are some basics to get to grips with. Here just above I referred to YOU as an asset. Look on your official papers; passport, bank account and property statements, driving license, birth certificate, credit cards. You will notice your name is in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. This name refers to the legal person. The legal person is subject to maritime law which deal with goods and services. The legal person is thus an asset! Common law deals with people – flesh and blood. Maritime law deals with business and commodities. The legal person – YOU IN ALL CAPS – is an asset/company made in your name and belongs to your State Corporation i.e. UNITED KINGDOM CORPORATION or UNITED STATES CORPORATION. Get it!? You don’t own your house or bank account. And if you believe you are YOU – IN ALL CAPS – you are in effect state property. Dig it please – this is current reality! So you, your money and property are state owned which in turn is owned by the top bankers – the Rothschildt’s (Redschield Templars, right?). Sounds like communism/fascism to me.

To get to your property, your money and bag you through war and by your consent you create debt – play the people on their greed. Decouple it from real value (gold). Explode it (inflation) – debt makes money through interest, followed by implosion (deflation/economic crises) – which allows for foreclosures of property. Repossession of property is ‘Ka-ching’ profit for basically nothing – debt is fictive to start with and has no real value. Foreclosures are pushed by economic measures, bailouts, through raised property taxes. Bailouts create more debt, setting the stage for war! Are you still with me?

The final stage of contraction/economic crisis/destruction of society is through war. Media does its utmost by creating the perception of perceived threat. Secret services do the rest by destabilizing countries and creating antagonism. On a world level this has been in the making with the invasions of Afghanistan, Irak, Libya, Syria and soon Iran -culminating with Iran to form a major block against Russia and/or China: A 3rd world war in the making. When that’s done you’ll get some fanfare new ‘United Nations World Organization’ or something. Just like it was done after the 2nd world war. The economic model prevails. It has done full circle. And so it goes after complete destruction and loss of many lives.

Annihilation of prime assets through war – YOU – neutralizes debt. When all is wrecked and debt is tantamount governments will come up with a ‘debt pardon’ and vow it away by signing of papers. In effect their books are already cleared (it is a company after all). Their assets – YOU IN ALL CAPS– have been properly ‘life-insured’ (your security and birth certificate number are traded on the stock market – YOU are an asset remember!) beforehand and have already been cashed in –’Ka-ching’.

Do you really still need to read the news!?

In this article we’ll be describing different scenario’s and symptoms of post-traumatic stress. This article is a continuation of the previous one’s to help ptsd and related traumata victims to identify post-traumatic stress. The names which are used are fictive. These case-histories are mostly from people I have worked with over the years with partly fictive elements added or elements omitted to highlight the mechanisms and dissociative processes of traumatization.

- Surgery

- car-accident

- rape

- falling accident

- grief/bereavement

- birth/caesarean

Surgery:

I’d consider surgery one of the medical wonders of this day and age. Unfortunately, as with many things, it has become big business. Rather then being careful and hesitant about surgery, it has become the norm to undergo surgery, in some countries at least, even for minor issues that can easily be treated with non-invasive therapies.

John is a middle-aged man who has recently gone through an open-heart bypass surgery. Full aneasthetics had been administered and the operation itself had gone well. From John’s perspective however it is a different story. Towards the end of the operation John’s aneasthetics had started to wear off. Although he doesn’t come round physically he has become conscious. The last 20 minutes of the operation, where they clean and stitch him up, he goes through agony. John doesn’t experience pain but is overwhelmed by feelings of helplessness as he is unable to move or let the medical staff know that he has become conscious. The experience leaves him traumatized. His sleep is severely disturbed thereafter with repeated flashbacks of the ‘waking up’ during surgery. His blood pressure remains high. John is very quickly agitated and irritated. When asked he admits he is very angry with the medical staff for not acknowledging that something like that can happen and for not administering the right dose of aneasthetics. His wife confesses that John is not the same man as he used to be.

Car-accident

Ella is in her thirties. Ambitious and active in life. On a wintry evening, while driving back home from work, she looses control of her car, when taking a bend in the road. The car spins and comes to a hold when it crashes against a tree. She’s taken to the hospital, unconscious, with fractured ribs, a torn spleen and head concussion. Ella has no memory of the event after she looses control of the car. However, months after the accident and release of the hospital, she suffers from anxiety and fatigue accompanied by chronic pains. She only manages to work part-time but has forced herself to drive again.

Rape

Jane is married and has 2 children. Outwardly they seem to be a happy normal family. She seeks treatment as she has frequent outbursts of anger. Often for little things and with her children. She also has difficulties with intimate contact with her husband and always needs some kind of background noise, like music or television, or occupation. As we progress our work it comes to light that Jane has been raped by a friend of the family at a young age. Her shame and pain of what happened is covered up by anger which expresses itself in her family surroundings.

Falling accident

Doug has fallen in the basement after having had a verbal fight with his partner. Though he hasn’t hurt his head too much he’d hurt his back and the stiffness and dull pain doesn’t go away even though it has been some time now. He continues to take prescription drugs for pain and inflammation which upset his digestion and makes him feel nausea from time to time. He blames himself angrily for having lost his footing. This is a clear case where the anger of an argument is coupled/projected onto the falling and is then internalized through self-reproach. The persistence of back-pain turns out to be the psycho-somatic holding on to anger. Although Doug doesn’t suffer the usual ptsd symptoms – still this is a post-traumatic condition!

Grief/Bereavement

Karen has lost her son in a motorcycle accident. She’s retired, widowed and lives on her own. She smokes heavily, suffers insomnia and admits she is overcome by grief, feels often lonely and depressed. She is able to positively identify that her condition is related to the death of her son but is not able to let go of him.

Caesarean Birth

Kelly initially visits me to have a look at her little girl who is just a few weeks old. She is concerned as she cries herself to exhaustion before succumbing to sleep. Doing the routine intake questions I discover the birth has been anything but normal, as she so wished for, and had turned into an emergency caesarean. The pregnancy had gone all well with the baby in the right position. She’d been brought to the hospital when the contractions had started. After some hours of labour, with little cervix dilation, the doctor decides for emergency caesarean surgery as the baby has descended and it stuck for too long with the head in base of the mother’s pelvic. Kelly and her husband have no time to take in the situation and go along with the decision of the doctor. Looking back she’d felt out of control and overwhelmed by the suddenness of changed circumstances. She is severely frustrated with how things turned out and feels angry with the medical staff. Rationally she understands the doctor did the right thing. Emotionally she feels a sense of helpless to having had to give in to the ‘grills’ of surgery and medical practices. Finally what emerges is that she has trouble accepting her child due to her desire for a natural birth and the outcome of a caesarean. Again the anger and resentment towards the medical intervention covers her sense of helplessness and her frustration is coupled/projected onto her non-acceptance of the child which results in crying and misery of the little one.

The next article will cover the processes of unfoldment, discharge and resolution of ptsd and related traumata.

It would be of interest to examine how degenerative processes set in and affect the physical organism. To me there seem to be three main factors contributing to degeneration, disease and aging that are within ones circle of influence. These are: your psychology, your nutrition and your environment. I would put them in that order. Instead of focusing on aspects of these factors and how they affect us I would like to go into and discuss the main steps of how the compensating system of the physical organism gets compromised.

We tend to reduce the factors that are at play leading up to a physical symptom. If we ‘slip’ our back we put the cause on that misstep or sports session or associate a headache or upset tummy with something we have ingested. Often we forget to see that we lost our optimum resilience somewhere along the line and a pain that shows up is just the last drop in the bucket. But, how do disease, discomfort and pain symptoms set in? Is it possible to lay out a basic functioning of well-being and what mechanisms are involved when we deviate from it?

Pains are often felt in the musculo-skeletal system first (I am including ‘pinched’ nerves here as they are a result of tightened muscles and displaced bones). When symptoms start appearing in the digestive, nervous and/or endocrine system it generally means they have become chronic and are thus the more dangerous. However pains don’t just appear in the musculo-skeletal system – think of back, neck, hip, wrist and shoulder pains. There tends to be already a toxic build up, through emotional stress, nutrition or environment, which has put things off balance. Any toxic build up will most likely collect first in the digestive system and nervous system. As our organs are for the most part sensory innervated (afferent nerves) pains are not usually felt unless things are really wrong. What does happen is that organs under stress loose their movement in relation to surrounding structures, puts strain and tension on the nerves that innervates them and it inhibits their own inherent movement. This in turn will create tension patterns resulting in referred pains showing somewhere else in the body. To illustrate this with an example: When the liver becomes congested and its mobility is inhibited it will put strain on the nerves that innervate the liver, the vagus nerve and indirectly the phrenic nerve, resulting in pains in the middle and upper neck and possibly spreading towards the shoulder or wrist on the right side. It will put strain on the connective tissue ligaments towards; stomach, right kidney and diaphragm reducing optimal functioning of these structures and most likely, in the first stages, show up as pain between the lower end of the should blades. The liver has innervations also through the hepatic plexus connecting to the thoracic vertebrae 7 to 10, again the region between the shoulder blades. So pains are reported mid-back and mid-neck but we can see from this example that there are other factors at play. Psychologically and energetically a congested liver relates to unresolved issues of anger, irritability and/or indecisiveness. When we happen to feel emotionally ‘low’ we also tend to eat foods that resonate with our state thereby furthering toxic build up through nutrition. As the liver and kidneys are main organs in cleansing and detoxing the body they are most likely the first in line to be affected with multiple pathological symptoms ensuing from them.

The kidneys are supported by two core muscles, the psoas and quadratus lumborum, that are concerned with posture, pelvic and back stability and indirectly affecting breath. Energetically and psychologically kidneys relate to deep energy storage, sexuality and deeper fear issues. Tension build up in the kidneys would result in tension build up in these core muscles, the psoas and quadratus lumborum, which in turn would result in lower back pains, constriction in breathing and change in overall posture. If one kidney is more affected then the other it would show up as a pain on one side of the lower back, unequal hips and a leg that ‘appears’ to be shorter on one side.

The body will try to compensate and give support as much as it can by tensing various muscles till the system needs to compromise too much. When pains start to show it is our wake up call to take action. The point I am trying to make is that physical symptoms or pains that are felt in the musculo-skeletal system are often referred pains coming from congestion of an organ which in turn are directly related to lifestyle; your psychology, nutrition and environment.

From a nutritional point of view I would say the liver and kidneys are firstly affected by a toxic build up. From there on symptoms could divert to other organs. However one can’t really separate nutrition from two other main factors; your psychology and environment. That’s where it becomes a bit more complicated as there can be multiple factors at play. For example someone can have a healthy diet, exercise regime and live in good circumstances but holds on to a past trauma which affect the large intestine, resulting in chronic back aches. Psychologically the large intestine is related to letting go or holding on to something. Or one is fairly emotionally stable, eats healthily but happens to live close to a waste-processing plant and develops skin and lung problems. More often however, especially in our current society, we are affected on all three levels. We are exposed to foods that are toxic or have little nutritional value, our environments are not natural and expose us to high levels of stress and radiation and psychologically we have the tendency to avoid issues rather then dealing with them. All this can lead to a complex build up of pathological symptoms. If we would assume though that a somewhat intelligent human being can see that nutrition and environment directly affects his well-being and would do his utmost to take care of these areas in his life we are still left with taking care of our mental-emotional well-being. Is it possible to find a pattern or a red line as to how our psychology affects the body? And what would that look like?

To me it seems like our troubles start on a heart-felt level. Literally! The heart is vital as an organ, pumping oxygen rich blood throughout the system, but it has more functions then just that. I would say every mental-emotional state reflects and impacts the heart and the heart area. There seems to be no inherent emotion directly related to the heart when congested though when fully functional it relates to compassion. Sorrow and grief are directly felt in the area but relate intrinsically to the lungs. I tend to conclude that the heart takes the first impact of any psychological imbalance and from there passes it on to the respective organ that deals best with it. It leaves us to question firstly; what do we consider as imbalance – from a psychologically point of view? And secondly what effects has it on the physical organ, the heart, and surrounding structures. In Chinese medicine the meridian called the heart protector relates in western medicine to the pericardium – a connective tissue structure that surrounds the heart. The pericardium rests on the central tendon of the diaphragm, connects to the spine and ribcage and through the mediastinum to the lungs. The thymus gland, a highly important gland of the immune system, rests on the heart from above. A continued mental-emotional imbalance would put strain on the heart-protector, the pericardium, and impact the functioning of the heart. Continuous stress could thicken and tense up the pericardium and put strain on the surrounding structures. It would affect the diaphragm and lungs and is often felt as a weight on the chest as well as negatively affecting the immune system through the thymus. Tension that builds up in the heart and the pericardium would also transfer to the spine and can displace one or several vertebrae in the mid-thoracic area. Any vertebrae that is out of alignment will have a knock on effect on the whole spine but especially on the first and last vertebrae of the spine, lumbar five and cervical one (atlas), as they will try to compensate for tensions elsewhere. This would explain why headaches and lower-back problems are not just local phenomena! I would even go as far as to say that anatomically our heart ought to be more to the middle from where it is habitually – which is slightly towards the left. This in turn brings us back to our first question – what do we consider as imbalance? Leaving aside that we go through cycles of emotional upheaval – is our constant internal dialogue a normal state of mind just because it is a common affliction of mankind? And what are the repercussions of having a ‘monkey mind’ which appears to be pre-dominantly left brain hemisphere orientated?

Can we from here connect psychology, brain functioning and the impact it has on the heart? From neuro-science research it is clear that we do not have full conscious access to the whole capacity of our brain. It is only at certain times that we have ‘little’ breakthroughs and we feel that we have much more capacity than our general mode of functioning. It is also quiet apparent that fear and the pain/pleasure reflex are ‘programs’ we seem to be running on for most of the time. Fear, control, setting boundaries and the pain/pleasure reflex are attributes of the brain structures the medulla and pons, also referred to as the brain-stem, and lies just within the skull. Could it be that we are wired in such a way, whatever the reasons may be, that we bypass large chunks of functional brain tissue? I am thinking here of the cerebellum and right-hemisphere. Instead we dominantly connect from more primal brain structures, the pons, medulla, midbrain and thalamus to the left-hemisphere, only reverting to the ‘more’ of us in times of crisis. Can it be that we are ‘stuck’ in the left hemisphere, which concerns itself with a rational, logical, masculine, time-based functioning and restricts and impacts the full functioning of the brain and the heart? Are we then left with a negative feedback loop, considering we are not running on optimal mode, where our psychology affects brain functioning and brain functioning affects our psychology? Somewhere along the line we must have deviated from a more integrated psychological and neurological functioning. What we can conclude though is that our current state is not sustainable, which is apparent when we look at society, and negatively affects full expression of our brain capacity which is intelligence. Furthermore a dysfunctional brain ‘hijacks’ the full expression of the heart, which is compassion, creating repercussions within the whole system, as described earlier.

** The above writing is a subjective view based on more then a decade of hands-on bodywork and trauma resolution, study and trainings and intensive, extensive meditation retreats.

I would like to go a little deeper into the mechanism of trauma by exploring the dynamics of dissociation and coupling. On a physiological level trauma is high energy arousal of the nervous system that hasn’t had the possibility to discharge. It thereby interferes with the normal functioning of the nervous system and is most often accompanied by physical symptoms and mental-emotional disturbances. The impact that leads to high energy arousal in the nervous system can either be incidental, like surgery or a car accident, or develop over time, for example feelings of incompetence, lack of self-worth etcetera.

The body is wired to self-regulate back to health. When we are overwhelmed by threat without having the possibility to regulate the high energy arousal of the nervous system through fight or flight, the body freezes the energy as an ultimate survival strategy. When there is no further interference the body/nervous system will release this energy when space, time and allowance for it are given and available. **

What often happens however is thought interferes with our self-regulating mechanisms thereby keeping trauma alive within the system. When a judgement value is given to an incidence of high energy arousal we dissociate from embodiment/feeling and move into emotion. In turn the emotion is coupled to the object, person, experience or circumstance thereby furthering the dissociation process. To illustrate this with an example: Marie has to push the brakes for a car stopping in front of her. When she checks in the mirror she sees the car behind her about to impact hers. She braces herself. As there is no time to regulate the energy arousal caused by the impact into fight or flight her system freezes the high energy arousal of the nervous system. Apart from physical symptoms of the impact she starts suffering anxiety attacks, sleeplessness and severely disturbed digestion. As she is not aware of how to allow the body to release its surplus energy she is overcome by feelings of helplessness, self-pity and sense of loss of control which is accompanied by thoughts of the nature: Why did this happen to me? What have I done wrong? If only that other driver was a bit more alert! In turn these feelings stimulate her replaying the event in her memory and dreams. Self-pity and helplessness isolates her from interacting with others and further reaffirms her state. As she is not able to regulate herself back to health and her condition persists she is not able to commit herself to regular working hours and has started smoking again after not having smoked for more than ten years. The above example gives a clear view of the impact of trauma, coupling dynamics and dissociative processes. Furthering dissociation leads to more complexity and coping habits.

The first dissociation happens when there is a negative judgement value given to the high energy arousal palpable in the body. This often happens at an unconscious level and can be instantaneous upon the event of the car accident. When that happens the high energy arousal is coupled, through a negative judgement value: I don’t want to feel like this, I don’t like this, to emotion which is: feelings of helplessness, self-pity and loss of control (guilt, blame and self-reproach). The second dissociation is when the event, in this case, becomes interpreted and colored by her emotional state. Thus her emotional state of self-pity (why me?), helplessness and blame (if only the other driver had been more alert) is coupled to the event itself (recurrent replaying of the event in her memory and dreams infused with feelings of self-pity/guilt, helplessness/self-reproach and blame).

There can be further dissociation from this point into more complexity when the interpretation of the event, which is infused by her emotions, is coupled to her life situation: she is not able to be functional in society and develops a coping habit – smoking. The coupling happens again through guilt, blame and self-reproach by thoughts of that nature: If only the accident hadn’t happened I would be able to work or I wouldn’t have started smoking had it not been for the accident. And so it could go on.When working with trauma one must address the coupling dynamics in order to bring into awareness how trauma is kept in place. Dissociation through coupling prevents one from self-regulating back to health. It is the work of the patient and therapist to explore the coupling dynamics to be able to understand and release the emotional residue and high energy arousal of the nervous system. In other words getting back to neutral through the process of de-coupling and release. Dissociation itself is a coping mechanism providing temporary relief but not lasting release. Patients are often focused on overcoming or trying to understand the event itself. Thus focus is on that which their feelings and emotions relate to which is the object, person, experience or circumstance. In the example given, her emotions/feelings relate to the car accident which is a clear event relating to circumstance/experience. In the case of molestation or abuse it would relate to a person. If you argued with your partner and ten minutes later you (mis-step) lost your footing and twisted your back it would, for most, relate to the object – the step – and the experience of twisting one’s back. And so on. In short our orientation is often outward and through analysis we try to map and explain to ourselves what happened in the hope to overcome the discomfort. The danger however is that it strengthens coupling and dissociation if focus remains outward. To work effectively with trauma it is necessary to see the coupling emotion (self-pity, helplessness) to feeling (high energy arousal) and the event (car accident) to the accompanied emotion in order to be able to access emotional residue and high energy arousal. An inward approach assists release through dis-identification and de-coupling. If the memory of an event is then accurate or not becomes irrelevant. What is relevant is release and regulation of the nervous system.

**

Fight, flight and freeze responses are hard-wired survival mechanisms initiated from the lower brains, the pons and the medulla, with nerve tracks running into the higher brain centers, the thalamus and amagdylas, and into the spinal cord. This whole system within the central nervous system is called the reticular alerting system. The central or autonomic nervous system consists of the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches. The sympathetic branch deals with activation energy, fight and flight responses, allowing nervous energy/blood-flow to go to the arms, legs, skin and higher brain functions (thinking, creativity, concentration). The parasympathetic branch regulates the organs of the digestive system, the immune system and generally helps to wind down the organism to regenerate. The freeze response is initiated by the parasympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system.

In my quest for health I aim to find the simplest and most effective ways towards it. Keeping my focus on health instead of disease. In my years of practising bodywork and trauma work I am firmly convinced that health depends foremost on lifestyle and environment and that basically sums it up. Within lifestyle there are the pillars of your psychology, your diet and your exercise regime. Environment should speak for itself: nature and outdoors before everything else! I have composed this information as I believe that there are no incurable dis-eases and also knowing that much information is being withheld from the public. Unfortunately we are misinformed and wrongly educated about health.

If you happen to have come to this site please take time to research and investigate the provided material before you take any action. If you are unsure of going at it on your own, find a support partner to assist you or discuss it with your alternative practitioner. I would suggest that if you are seriously ill or really want to deep cleanse your body, to take your health and well-being to a whole new level, to do all the cleanses and techniques discussed here. Depending on the seriousness of your condition and necessity you can find your own rhythm of intensity. At the same time you would need to find a good body-worker to help you release blockages on an energetic/physical level and a trauma or any form of psychological therapy to assist you on an emotional and psychological level to make breakthroughs. Try to find people you can trust and who can take you out of your comfort zone. Once you find them and the suited therapies - stick to them. It does you and the practitioner no good if you are doing to many therapies at the same time and too superficially. You would want to be serious about your health and intentions and it should show regardless of resistances that will come up. There is nothing so de-motivating for a practitioner as a client who keeps standing on the sideline refusing to take any real action.

Most of us are educated to think that you can’t get enough calcium into your body, it is the right thing to do. Unfortunately this doesn’t hold entirely true. Calcium is very necessary in cell metabolism and formation of connective tissue, including bone. It is also a main contributor to the aging process and the onset of many diseases. What!!? Yes, for calcium to be properly absorbed you need enough magnesium in the body that acts through the thyroid gland to uptake calcium where it is needed. Where calcium becomes bad calcium is where it is being utilized by nano-bacteria to form defensive shields to surround themselves. Much like a snail does or animals living in coral. By building a shell-like structure around themselves they can resist onslaughts of the immune system, medication and body cleanses and it forms a haven for fungi, bacteria, toxins and heavy metals to hide in. These calcium shells and their consequent inhabitants form a whole range of degenerative processes in our bodies such as: hardening of the cardiovascular system (arterioscleroses, heart-failure, thrombosis etc.), brain gravel (Alzheimer & Parkinson), build up in the joints (arthritis), forming plaque on nerves (multiple sclerosis), liver, gallbladder and kidney stones (digestive problems, oedema, cancer), build up on the nerves of the ear or in the eye-organ (hard of hearing and cataract), reduced glandular function (think of thyroid, adrenal, thymus and pineal glands), and the list goes on. Nanabacteria are a recent discovery and are said to be extremely resistant. There are however things that you can do to break down bad calcium:

MSM ( Methylsulfonylmethane) is an organosulfur compound. This crystal like mineral is your best supplement to get rid of bad calcium, fight inflammation and pain along with many other health benefits.

DMSO has similar properties as MSM but comes in liquid form, other medicaments can be dissolved in it, can be applied topically and has more potency for acute conditions. Check - http://www.dmso.org/articles/information/muir.htm to learn more.

http://www.evolutionhealth.com/msm-powder.htm

Zeolite and MMS previously discussed are also capable of dealing with it. Extended periods of use are likely to be needed to thoroughly remove this type of calcium and I would strongly suggest to keep doing liver and kidney flushes to take out any calcium that has loosened up.

what you need: Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate), enema kit, olive oil, grapefruit, apple juice, sieve or net. Epsom salt and enema kit you can get in most pharmacies.

how to proceed: drink apple juice for 6 days. About 0,75l every day throughout the day. Brush your teeth once more a day as the apple juice is acidic. Eat during the day but light in the evenings or not at all. On the sixth day have breakfast containing no fats (so no nuts, dairy, meat, oils, margarine etc.) Do a juice for lunch or have a light meal like rice and steamed vegetables (no fats!). Don’t eat any more after 13:00 or you won’t pass any stones and will most likely feel nausea during the night!! Between 15:00 and 18:00 give yourself a water/salt enema or do a salt water flush. Mix 4 table spoons of epsom salt with 3 cups of water. This should give you 4 servings of ¾ cup. Take the 1st cup at 18:00, the 2nd at 19:00 and the 3rd at 20:00. Juice/squeeze a ripe grapefruit and mix it with half a cup of virgin cold pressed olive oil. Drink this concoction standing at 22:00 and lie down immediately on your back with your head on a firm pillow or 2 pillows. Don’t move, don’t speak, listen to your body. Try to stay in this position for at least for 45min and if you can a few hours. Get some sleep. When you wake up take your last cup of epsom salt water (around 6:00 or 7:00 o’clock). When you have to pass stools for the first time either in the morning or night make sure you use a sieve or net to catch your stones. They will look pea green! Flush the sieve either with shower hose or bucket to see them properly. Do another salt/water enema in the morning (around 8:00 or 9:00 o’clock) to empty your large intestine. This is important to make sure the toxins you released during the night are coming out! Good luck!

why and what’s the use? Your liver is a major detox and recycling organ. It is concerned with producing digestive enzymes and especially to break down fats to usable end products. It neutralizes and sorts out toxins that are created through metabolic processes (hormonal, blood cell turnover, cell waste etc.) as well as toxins you have ingested. In short you want to be friends with your liver. The apple juice makes the tissues in the body softer which might result in a bit of loose stools for the first days. They also soften the gallbladder and liver stones which will help with elimination. The epsom salt does the same basically but is stronger and causes diarrhea. This is needed to make the bile duct wide enough for stones to pass through and cleanses the whole colon. You need a large amount of olive oil to activate the liver. As you haven’t eaten much and no fats, with a sudden large amount of oil, your liver will start pumping out its juices along with all the heaped up debris i.e gallbladder and liver stones composed of crystallized cholesterol and calcium stones.

Make sure you cleanse your liver thoroughly. It will take some cleanses to clean the whole of the liver. It’s advisable to do it 5 to 6 times in a 2 yr period. After that once a year for maintenance should be enough. Avoid doing the liver cleanse in the wintertime.
