Fluoride: to be or not to be!?

You might have been told by your dentist that fluoride is good for you, that it is a natural occurring mineral and you should take it to prevent tooth decay etc. But is it really? And where does fluoride come from? Well I tell you this: Fluoride is an industrial by-product (read: waste-product) of the aluminum and fertilizers industries. Yes, you heard that right! And it is cheaper to sell it as a health fad then to deal with it as toxic industrial by-product. I might agree, on a short term basis, that in low doses it prevents tooth decay but it also discolors the teeth and to much exposure might actually lead to tooth decay. Not to speak of other health issue related to fluoride intake. On the net you will find plentiful research on how fluoride might be involved in affecting health. So double think on your toothpaste and water supply!
